Privacy Policy
Last updated September 19, 2026. This policy covers what we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who we are
ESNTL Ingredients is a brand of Northline Products LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. When this policy says "we" or "us," that is who you are dealing with. You can reach us at hello@esntlingredients.com or by mail at ESNTL Ingredients, PO Box 30, Painesville, OH 44077.
What we collect

What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information or share it with data brokers. We have never sold it and we are not set up to.
- We do not ask for, and have no interest in, your medical records, your prescriptions, or the name of any medication you take.
Consumer health data
Washington State's My Health My Data Act, and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut, give you specific rights over information that could reveal something about your health. Because our product is made for people managing their weight, we treat the fact that you are our customer as health data, and we handle it accordingly. This section is our consumer health data policy.
What health-related data we collect
Your email address and your order history, to the extent that being on our list or buying our product says anything about you. That is the whole list. We collect it because you asked us to send you something or because you placed an order, which is the only reason we have it.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that have to touch it to get your order to you: our ecommerce platform, our payment processor, our email provider, our subscription manager, and our manufacturer and fulfillment partner. They are contractually limited to doing the job we hired them for. We do not sell this data, we do not share it for advertising, and we will not do either without asking you first and getting a clear yes.
Your rights
You can ask us what health data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@esntlingredients.com and we will confirm within 45 days. Deleting your data means we can no longer service an active subscription or honor the guarantee on a past order, so we will tell you that before we act.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to be told we will not treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and a growing list of other states have comparable rights.
To use any of them, email hello@esntlingredients.com from the address you gave us, or write to the PO Box above. We do not charge for this and we will not make you jump through hoops. If we ever have to say no, we will tell you why.
We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel described under Advertising measurement sends browsing and purchase events to Meta, which some state laws treat as sharing for advertising. You can opt out using the links in that section.
Email and text
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works on the first click. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed, because you need those. We do not currently send marketing text messages. If that ever changes, it will be opt-in and we will say so plainly.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage keys to keep your cart working and to remember your session. We also use third-party tools for analytics and advertising measurement, described below: Microsoft Clarity for site analytics and the Meta Pixel for ad measurement. These tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Analytics and session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, including heatmaps and session replays of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity masks text you type into forms and does not collect payment information. This data is used only to improve the site. For more, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel on this site to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, for example whether someone who clicked an ad later visited a page or placed an order, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Ad Preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep them, which for a dietary supplement business means several years. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Anonymous site analytics are kept in aggregate.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Payment card data never touches our systems. Everything else sits with established platform providers that carry their own security programs. No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If we ever have a breach that affects you, we will tell you, and we will tell you quickly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, email the people on our list. We will not make a material change quietly.
