Full Ingredient Panel

What's in every scoop

Most people on a GLP-1 end up with a counter full of bottles: a protein tub, creatine, an electrolyte packet, a B-complex, D3, K2, a fiber that gives them gas. Daily Foundation replaces that daily stack with one scoop, protein included. Here is exactly what is inside: every ingredient, every dose, every form. No proprietary blends, no filler.

Seven separate supplement bottles compared to one Daily Foundation pouch.
The stack on the left is nine separate products. The scoop on the right replaces it.

Sound Familiar?

The GLP-1 is working. Your nutrition isn't.

The scale moves. So does your energy, your strength, and your hair. Most GLP-1 stacks make it worse by piling on more bottles you don't want to take.

"Am I losing muscle, not just fat?"
A big appetite drop plus training stress is the top reason people lose lean mass on a GLP-1. The research points to creatine, HMB, and resistance training as the most-supported levers.
"Why am I so tired and foggy?"
Eating less means fewer B-vitamins and minerals, so energy and focus tend to take the first hit. We use the active, methylated forms your body uses directly.
"Cramps, headaches, restless sleep."
Less food means less sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Classic mineral depletion on a GLP-1, even when you are drinking water.
"I can't eat enough protein anymore."
When appetite is gone, protein is the first thing that slips, and it's the one thing you can least afford to skip. One scoop covers 25 g, with lactase built in so it sits easy.
"Food doesn't spark joy anymore."
GLP-1s quiet food noise, and they can dull the response to food, music, and connection. Low B-vitamin and mineral status does not help.
"My hair is thinning."
Rapid weight loss stresses hair follicles into shedding. Most people notice within the first three to six months of meaningful loss.
"I'm worried about my bones."
Rapid weight loss is linked to lower bone density. D3 on its own does not direct calcium well, which is why we pair it with K2, plus the calcium that comes built into calcium-HMB.
"Queasy, and digestion is slow."
Slowed emptying brings nausea and constipation. A gentle, low-bloat fiber supports regularity, and a lactase enzyme helps the protein sit easy on a sensitive stomach.

That is exactly why we built Daily Foundation. One scoop, every gram on the label.

The Research

Built on what the science actually says.

Every ingredient is here because the research points to it, not because it makes a good buzzword. We will not claim it cures anything. We will show you why it is in the scoop.

01

A meaningful share of weight lost on a GLP-1 can be lean mass, not fat.

The research points to resistance training and muscle-protective nutrition as the most-supported ways to hold onto strength while the scale drops.

Wilding et al., STEP 1 trial, NEJM 2021
02

HMB is studied for slowing muscle protein breakdown during a calorie deficit.

HMB is one of the more-studied tools for preserving lean mass under restriction and training stress. We dose it at a full 3 g, the level used in the research, not a token sprinkle.

Wilson et al., ISSN Position Stand: HMB, JISSN 2013
03

Creatine helps preserve strength and lean mass in a calorie deficit.

3 to 5 g daily of creatine monohydrate is one of the most-studied performance and muscle-support ingredients in all of nutrition. We use the validated 5 g.

Kreider et al., ISSN Position Stand, JISSN 2017
04

Gentle soluble fiber is studied for easing constipation and regularity.

Slowed digestion is a common GLP-1 effect. PHGG is a low-viscosity, low-bloat soluble fiber that feeds the gut without the gas of inulin or chicory root.

McRorie & McKeown, J Acad Nutr Diet 2017
05

Eating less can mean lower B12, B6, and folate intake.

The methylated forms (methylcobalamin, P-5-P, L-5-MTHF) are the active forms your body uses to support energy metabolism. They are in every scoop.

NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, Vitamin B12
06

Sodium, potassium, and magnesium needs don't drop when appetite does.

Lower food intake is a common driver of cramps, fatigue, and headaches on a GLP-1. A daily mineral stack helps cover the gap that lower eating leaves behind.

NIH ODS, Magnesium Fact Sheet
07

Creatine isn't just for muscle. It's studied for mood and cognition.

Randomized trials point to creatine supporting mood and cognitive function, especially during caloric restriction or sustained stress.

Kious, Kondo & Renshaw, Nutrients 2019
08

Vitamin K2 (MK-7) helps direct calcium toward bone, not arteries.

K2 activates the proteins that route absorbed calcium to bone tissue. Pairing D3 with K2 is the form the research supports. Ours is microencapsulated so it stays stable in a dry blend.

Knapen et al., Osteoporosis International 2013
09

Rapid weight loss is linked to reduced bone mineral density.

Weight-loss studies consistently show bone density falling alongside fat. Adequate vitamin D, K2, calcium, and magnesium are the most-supported levers to help mitigate it.

Soltani et al., Obesity Reviews 2016
10

Collagen peptides at clinical doses are studied for skin and joints.

Studies showing meaningful skin and joint outcomes typically use 5 to 15 g daily. We deliver 5 g, inside the 5–15 g range the studies used, paired with vitamin C, the cofactor the body uses to build its own collagen.

Choi et al., J Drugs Dermatol 2019; Clark et al., Curr Med Res Opin 2008
11

Protein needs go up, not down, when you eat less.

Experts recommend 1.2–1.6 g of protein per kg of body weight during active weight loss, well above the standard RDA. Whey isolate is among the most-studied, fastest-absorbing ways to close that gap on a small appetite.

Morton et al., Br J Sports Med 2018; ISSN Position Stand: Protein, JISSN 2017

A Note From Daniel

Most supplements are built for marketing. This one is built for what your body actually needs.

People on GLP-1 medications face a specific problem. Appetite drops, intake drops, and the body starts pulling from muscle, not just fat. The standard advice is to piece together a solution yourself: a protein tub, creatine, collagen, electrolytes, a multivitamin, fiber. Nine products, nine labels, nine chances to skip it on a busy morning.

ESNTL exists to replace that pile with one scoop that holds up to scrutiny.

That means clinical doses, not the sprinkles brands use to justify a buzzword on a label. It means ingredient forms chosen because the research supports them, not because they're cheap. It means telling you exactly what's in the scoop, what isn't, and why we made every choice.

We're early and we're small. That's not a weakness, it's why we can be this transparent. No investor pressure to cut corners, no committee deciding what you don't need to know. When something changes, you'll hear it from us first.

If you're on the founder's list, thank you. We take that seriously.

FAQ

Common questions

When will my order ship?

The founding batch is in production now. First fulfillment is about 10 weeks out, and founders get a confirmed ship date by email. You are not charged until your pouch ships.

What does “reserve” mean?

You lock in the founding price and your spot in the first batch. No payment is taken today. When production finishes, founders are first in line to complete their order at the locked price.

Is this the final formula?

It is our proposed launch formula, based on current published research on GLP-1 nutrition support. We are finalizing sourcing and quality testing with our manufacturing partner, so a source, dose, or form may be refined before launch. The confirmed panel is posted before any orders ship, and founder's list members hear about meaningful changes first.

Why whey isolate?

Because protein is the hardest target to hit on a suppressed appetite, and isolate is the most efficient way to hit it: 25 g of complete protein in one scoop, with less lactose than concentrate and a lactase enzyme included so it digests comfortably. No creamer systems, no filler solids.

Why not just buy these ingredients separately?

Because building this same stack yourself means isolate, creatine, HMB, collagen, fiber, electrolytes, methylated B-complex, D3/K2, and lactase across nine separate products. Matching these exact forms and doses means sorting through dozens of products and still guessing at quality. Lower-grade versions typically use protein concentrate instead of isolate, lower-quality B vitamins, and zinc oxide — the exact corners this formula exists to not cut. And that's if you can find calcium-HMB at 3 g and K2 as MK-7 at 150 mcg on a shelf at all. This stack is built on the label, not a story.

Where is it made?

Daily Foundation is manufactured in the USA in an NSF-certified facility, with globally sourced ingredients, under cGMP standards.

Who is Daily Foundation for?

Adults on a GLP-1 medication who want to protect their strength and health while they lose weight. It is built with label-reading midlife men in mind, a group the wellness-skewed supplement aisle mostly ignores. If you distrust hype and read the panel before you buy, this was made for you.

How do I take it?

One scoop a day in cold water. That is the whole routine. It is designed to replace the daily foundation of the stack you are probably juggling now.

Should I check with my doctor?

Yes. This is a dietary supplement, not a substitute for medical advice. If you are on a GLP-1 or any prescription, talk with your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything new.
