We want you to feel good about trying Daily Foundation. If it’s not right for you, we’ve got you covered.

How it works

If you’re not satisfied with your first bag, email us at hello@esntlingredients.com within 30 days of the date your order is delivered, and we’ll refund that first bag. The guarantee applies to your first bag of Daily Foundation, one per customer.

A few simple terms

• The 30 days runs from your delivery date, not your order date. Since this is a pre-order, your window starts when your order arrives.
• The guarantee covers your first bag. Additional bags in the same order, and future subscription orders, are covered by our standard return policy.
• To request your refund, just email us. You don’t need to ship the bag back.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days of approval.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next order from your account. If you cancel, you won’t be charged again.
