How ordering works

Plain terms, written out before you buy. Nothing here is hidden in a footnote.

• One-time purchases are charged once, at the time you order.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed at the cadence shown when you order.

Monthly subscriptions

Your first monthly subscription charge happens when you order. That first shipment leaves with the founding batch in November 2026. After that, your subscription is billed monthly.

You can skip a shipment, pause your subscription or cancel it anytime from your account portal. Cancellation is self-serve and applies before the next scheduled charge.

Pre-order shipping

If the founding batch is delayed beyond the stated ship window, we will email you. You can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.

Billing and pricing

A monthly supply is three pouches, thirty servings, at $119.99, which is $4.00 a serving. Free shipping on every order in the lower 48 US.
