How the subscription works

Plain terms, written out before you buy. Nothing here is hidden in a footnote.

• Your subscription renews monthly and your card is charged automatically each cycle.
• Your price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.
• Pausing or skipping a shipment keeps your price. Cancelling ends it permanently, and resubscribing later is at the current price.
• You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@esntlingredients.com. Cancelling takes no longer than signing up did.
• One founding rate per customer. It is not transferable.
• We will email you before each renewal.

Billing and pricing

A monthly supply is three pouches, thirty servings. Your subscription price is the subscription rate shown at checkout, and it is billed monthly for that supply. One-time orders are charged at the one-time rate shown at checkout. Shipping is free in the lower 48 US.
